Search Performance Manager

Location: Hoboken, New Jersey
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $40 - 49 per hour

We are seeking a Search Performance Manager to drive the strategy and scaling of high-impact search campaigns. In this role, you will analyze and optimize programs to exceed marketing objectives and deliver measurable revenue growth.

As a key collaborator, you will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Tech partners to execute technical strategies and refine campaign effectiveness. If you are a data-driven specialist who thrives on turning search insights into high-performing results, we want you to lead our performance efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies across bidding, budgeting, keyword targeting, and account structure.
• Manage campaign setup and configuration to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive seamless execution and performance improvements.
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform optimization strategies.
• Monitor, report, and present on campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements and innovation within search and advertising capabilities. 

Qualifications:

• Strong background in paid search, performance marketing, or retail media.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
