Location: Malvern, PA - Hybrid - onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs
Type: 12 month contract with potential for extension
Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour
Our financial client is looking for a Sharepoint Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role partners closely with Engagement Leads and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, effective storytelling, and high quality self service experiences across SharePoint, apps, and marketing channels. The role also owns the marketing management of foundational tools such as a CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
Communications and Brand Strategy
- Develop and manage the communications strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Lead brand strategy and deployment of marketing materials/collateral to ensure consistency, visibility, and engagement across all channels.
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing assets while maintaining brand integrity and a cohesive user experience.
- Champion marketing best practices and change management to support consistent workflows and operational standards.
Digital Experience and Design
- Lead the revamp and ongoing management of SharePoint site, ensuring brand consistency, usability, and selfservice effectiveness.
- Partner crossfunctionally to support campaigns, launches, and initiatives that strengthen client relationships and business knowledge.
Program/ Initiative Leadership
- Partner on the implementation and marketing development of a CRM tool to support engagement and relationship management.
- Provide ongoing project management and execution support for marketing initiatives and team priorities.
Measurement and Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing and communication initiative performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize reach, effectiveness, and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in corporate communications, marketing operations, or a change management role.
- Understanding of SharePoint when it comes to marketing management and strategy.
- Background in tracking, analyzing and reporting metrics to optimize marketing strategy.
