We are looking for a versatile creative to drive sophisticated multichannel campaigns while mastering the "behind-the-scenes" magic of HTML and project operations. Responsibilities:
- Multichannel Design Production: Execute high-end visual assets across print, digital, and email platforms, maintaining a sophisticated, luxury-inspired aesthetic.
- Technical Email Execution: Drive email marketing efforts by leveraging heavy HTML coding skills to build, test, and deploy functional, responsive campaigns.
- Operational Support: Manage project lifecycles and team communication using tools like Workfront, Monday.com, and Slack to ensure "behind-the-scenes" efficiency.
- Collaborative Innovation: Support cross-functional partners with a proactive, service-oriented attitude while integrating AI-assisted workflows into the design process.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned professional with strong experience working behind the scenes in corporate or structured environments.
- Demonstrated ability in print design as well as email marketing.
- Heavy experience with HTML coding.
- Experience using work management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, or Slack.
- Strong design capabilities across print, digital, and email formats.
- Interest in or experience with AI‑assisted design workflows.
- Excellent teamwork skills; thrives in collaborative environments and supports cross‑functional partners.
- Alignment with luxury or real‑estate‑inspired aesthetics (bonus, not required).
- Positive, supportive, and service‑oriented mindset.
- Hardworking, reliable, and proactive in assisting teammates.
- Brings strong, upbeat energy to the team (friendly demeanor, great attitude).
- Enjoys contributing behind the scenes and keeping projects running smoothly.
