Adaptive Packaging Production Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Must be onsite in Summit, NJ 1-2x a week
Type: Contract through August with potential for extension
Pay Range: $45-$50/hr W2

We are looking for an Adaptive Packaging Production Specialist with skin care packaging experience for a contract opportunity with our client, a major consumer health company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with format adaptation (including dual language adaptation), setting up DI files and files for Mock up
  • Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements with clear hierarchy and legibility.
  • Support adaptive packaging design to maintain design integrity, dieline precision, and retailer-specific compliance.
  • Delivered launch-ready packaging and producing press-ready artwork with SKU localization and regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and business needs.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Help troubleshoot and refine technical design elements. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of proven skin care adaptive package production experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct issues related to layout, typography, and color accuracy.
  • A self-starter who can run independently with minimal direction.
  • A team player who communicates clearly and proactively.
  • Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovative thinking.
  • Experience working closely with designers, Project Managers, Production Manager, and other cross functional teams.
