Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Compensation Range: $250,000 - 300,000 per year

You will lead the marketing evolution for a highly profitable, financial innovator that is reshaping the life insurance and wealth management landscape. Partnering directly with executive leadership, you will architect a data-driven B2B outreach strategy while continuing to optimize a highly successful legacy consumer channel. Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to engage financial advisors and wealth managers, driving top-of-funnel lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support the organization and drive closed intermediary partnerships.
• Provide strategic oversight to the D2C marketing engine, transitioning legacy media into modern connected-TV and digital optimization frameworks.
• Direct, mentor, and expand the current marketing team by defining future headcount needs and building a business case for structural growth.
• Oversee the successful launch of enterprise marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless alignment with customized, proprietary CRM platforms.

Qualifications:

• Extensive marketing leadership experience within insurance distribution, financial services, wealth management, or life settlements.
• Proven track record of taking over a functioning team, scaling it, and building vital B2B intermediary marketing infrastructure.
• Strong omnichannel fluency in both direct-response consumer marketing and complex B2B relationship-building.
• Commitment to working onsite five days a week in the headquarters to foster in-person collaboration and executive alignment.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity navigating and succeeding within unique, privately owned, or founder-led corporate environments.
