Campaign Planning Specialist

Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour

The Campaign Planning Specialist will partner directly with senior leadership to translate complex media briefs into dynamic, performance-driven digital media architectures. Join a high-visibility media team where your strategic oversight and cross-channel expertise will directly fuel scalable business growth.
 
Responsibilities:

• Translate complex client briefs into robust cross-channel media architecture across CTV, programmatic, paid search, and social to maximize campaign reach.
• Architect detailed media plan documentation and budget allocations to guide seamless cross-channel tactical execution.
• Partner with media buyers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of creative assets, tracking tags, and setup precision.
• Monitor cross-platform delivery metrics and synthesize performance analytics to deliver strategic optimization recommendations. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on digital media planning or buying experience within an agency or enterprise environment.
• Specialized expertise utilizing media planning platforms such as Prisma or MediaTools alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven track record of monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and managing concurrent complex briefs under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative communication skills and familiarity with ad serving or tracking measurement platforms.
