Are you ready to lead the end-to-end execution of a high-visibility global awards program that has doubled in scale year-over-year? In this strategic project management role, you will partner with senior executives, top-tier copywriting partners, and industry leaders to convert client success into high-impact marketing assets. You will drive operational excellence across a crucial submission window while shaping broader go-to-market storytelling.
Onsite 5x a week in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end award submission workflows across cross-functional teams to ensure 100% on-time, high-quality submissions.
- Facilitate multi-stakeholder feedback, interview loops, and executive approval cycles to maintain complete operational alignment.
- Manage external copywriting agency deliverables and external liaison communication to uphold top-tier content standards.
- Identify high-potential nomination narratives and translate them into reusable go-to-market marketing assets and client success stories.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience within corporate, financial services, or professional services environments.
- Proven expertise managing end-to-end content production workflows and driving complex cross-functional stakeholder alignments.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining rigorous project tracking standards in dynamic, high-visibility environments.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in project management tools, agency collaboration, and business copy review.
