Are you an expert presentation strategist skilled at translating complex technical data into high-impact executive communications? A leading management consulting firm is seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to partner with C-suite executives, transforming multi-source insights into compelling, decision-driving visual narratives. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between technical subject matter experts and enterprise leadership to steer strategic business conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Synthesize complex technical and database information across multiple business documents into high-level PowerPoint decks to enable strategic C-suite decision-making.
- Architect compelling visual narratives and slide layouts from raw bullet points and briefs, partnering with graphic designers to drive meaningful conversation flow with executive leaders.
- Execute rigorous proofreading, content validation, and quality assurance in collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver flawless, brand-aligned briefing collateral.
- Manage project repositories, SharePoint version control, and meeting logistics to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment across project and change management teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience crafting and managing C-level executive presentations, briefings, and real-time leadership collateral within complex organizations.
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint version control, and digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams) for seamless workflow and repository management.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder alignments, tracking action items, and delivering high-visibility outputs with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, paired with exceptional proofreading and visual storytelling abilities.
