Senior Product Development and Artwork Designer

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts

Compensation Range: $35 - 48 per hour

Are you ready to expand your creative impact by shaping multi-category product lines across soft home, hard home decor, and apparel? In this dynamic contract role, you will partner directly with cross-functional Product Development teams to bring trend-forward concepts to life from initial inspiration through international production execution.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute technically accurate artwork, color palettes, and concept boards using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to elevate cross-department product lines.
• Produce full-size artwork layouts and detailed technical flats with precise call-outs to drive seamless manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with internal product development teams and overseas vendors to ensure structural design integrity during prototype execution.
• Analyze global trends, competitive market landscapes, and specialized apparel and home construction details to optimize product strategy. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive product development experience spanning multi-category apparel or home decor lines.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with demonstrated mastery in drafting and filling technical flats.
• Proven track record in trend forecasting, color selection, and detailed garment/hard home construction knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Design (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities; portfolio link required.
