Compensation Range: $40 - 43 per hour
Are you ready to drive high-impact digital transformation for a Fortune 50 global biopharmaceutical leader? In this consultative role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex omnichannel campaigns, bridging strategic creative vision with rigorous technical delivery. Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to deliver seamless digital experiences that elevate brand presence in a high-visibility, innovative environment.
Must be local to Mettawa, IL, onsite in office 3x a week.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel solutions across web, mobile apps, email, and digital tools to ensure consistent, compliant brand delivery.
- Partner with account leadership and technical teams to architect precise functional requirements, budgets, and operational roadmaps that protect project margins.
- Steer cross-functional workflow reviews and regulatory submission cycles to accelerate time-to-market across all digital deliverables.
- Champion data-driven proposals and digital best practices to optimize web architecture, UI/UX performance, and search visibility.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of digital project management experience guiding multi-channel initiatives within an agency or enterprise in-house team.
- Deep technical proficiency with enterprise content systems (Adobe Experience Manager/AEM), Veeva regulatory workflows, and foundational web standards (HTML, UI/UX, SEO).
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume digital portfolios on schedule and within budget while maintaining rigorous brand and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree paired with superior stakeholder management, consultative communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
