Compensation Range: $90,000 - 100,000 per year
As we expand our cutting-edge SEO and AI capabilities, we are seeking an SEO Team Lead to spearhead our client's growth. You will own holistic client campaign strategies, connecting technical optimizations, content, and AI innovation into high-performing organic growth engines.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver end-to-end SEO and AI search strategies across diverse client accounts.
- Recruit, manage, and scale a high-performing organic search team.
- Oversee content lifecycles-conducting keyword research, developing briefs, and publishing search-optimized copy.
- Resolve technical SEO issues, improve site architecture, and optimize on-page elements to enhance organic traffic and engagement.
- Manage local search presence, ensuring Google Business Profiles and directory listings remain fully optimized and accurate.
- Implement ethical, high-impact link-building and digital PR strategies.
- Synthesize analytics data into clear monthly performance dashboards and strategic growth roadmaps.
- Partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor, leading performance reviews and providing timely communication via email, phone, and messaging.
Qualifications:
- SEO Expertise: Full-funnel knowledge across technical, on-page, local, content strategy, and backlink acquisition.
- Research & Analytics: Skilled in keyword/competitor research, GA4, GSC, GTM, and GBP.
- AI & Innovation: Experienced in leveraging AI-driven search and optimization tools.
- Execution: Strong multitasker committed to meeting tight deadlines and continuous professional growth.
