Duration: 11 Months (Contract, high potential to extend)
Compensation Range: $40.00 - $42.00/hr
Our Fortune 500 retail client is looking for someone to shape the physical footprint of major national retail chains. In this role, you will guide projects across their full lifecycle, from initial site feasibility to final architectural criteria, delivering spaces that elevate customer experience and brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate site conditions, surveys, and lease requirements to establish project feasibility and mitigate pre-construction risks.
- Develop site-specific fixture plans and architectural criteria drawings in Revit and AutoCAD to optimize space utilization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Real Estate, Construction, and Store Operations to ensure alignment with prototype brand standards.
- Direct project milestones and resolve planning bottlenecks to deliver high-quality store environments on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of retail store planning, space planning, architecture, or interior design experience.
- Technical mastery of Revit and AutoCAD, with proven expertise in retail fixture layouts and architectural drawings.
- Strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating end-to-end retail store planning and design development.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or equivalent practical credential.
