Studio Merchandise Coordinator

Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

Are you ready to anchor creative production for an industry-leading global retail enterprise? In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the consultative bridge between pre-production planning and on-set execution to ensure total merchandise precision across high-volume shoots. Partner directly with top-tier art directors, producers, and stylists to drive visual excellence and seamless production velocity at scale.
 
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end sample intake, inspection, and photo-ready assembly to guarantee 100% aesthetic and technical alignment with creative briefs.
• Partner consultatively with on-set art directors, stylists, and producers during live style-outs to resolve merchandise roadblocks in real time.
• Oversee studio inventory tracking across Airtable to guarantee complete data integrity and logistical visibility across dynamic shoot schedules.
• Orchestrate post-production merchandise disposition workflows, executing seamless return-to-vendor (RTV), archival, and liquidation strategies in compliance with enterprise standards. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sample coordination or visual merchandise operations experience within high-volume commercial photo studios or creative production environments.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency utilizing modern studio tracking platforms (e.g., Airtable, Creative Force, Workhorse) and enterprise productivity suites.
• Proven track record of managing hundreds of concurrent physical assets while maintaining on-time production readiness and rapid problem resolution during active shoots.
• Strong collaborative communication skills, keen visual attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle studio merchandise and equipment up to 50 lbs on set daily.
