Are you ready to drive strategic creative initiatives for global healthcare brands within a high-visibility, internal ad agency environment? As an Account Manager III, you will act as a pivotal consultative partner between marketing brand leads and internal creative teams, executing end-to-end omnichannel campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals worldwide.
HYBRID, 3x a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs) in Mettawa, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic brief ideation and kickoff sessions to translate brand marketing objectives into high-impact creative campaigns.
- Partner closely with project management teams to establish accurate project timelines, generate scope estimates, and manage financial health and budget reconciliations.
- Direct the end-to-end development of digital, video, and print deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations.
- Navigate assets through formal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes to achieve full compliance and timely campaign launches.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of account management experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
- Proven experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
- Strong background in B2B/HCP-targeted digital, video, and print campaign execution within an ad agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree required, featuring exceptional cross-functional communication and strategic account leadership skills.
