Sr. Technical Program Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania

Compensation Range: $70 - 75 per hour

We are seeking a high-impact leader to spearhead large-scale technology transformations and complex platform migrations. In this role, you will be the primary architect of a multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder technology overhaul, ensuring that technical delivery aligns perfectly with strategic business objectives. You aren't just managing a timeline; you are navigating a fast-paced environment where your ability to drive momentum is as critical as your technical depth.

As a client-facing lead, you will leverage exceptional relationship management skills to influence and align senior leadership across various organizations. You will own the full vendor management lifecycle, orchestrating a diverse ecosystem of partners to deliver seamless results. If you are a seasoned transformation expert who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation and executive-level diplomacy, we want you to lead this mission-critical initiative.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively drive work, identify issues, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
2. Connect dots across multiple organizations, acting as the glue to ensure parties are informed, operating cohesively, and organized effectively.
3. Organize meetings and provide follow-ups.
4. Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
5. Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
6. Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.
