Sr. Change Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $70 - 75 per hour

We are seeking a seasoned leader with a deep expertise in large-scale transformations to spearhead our business readiness and change management initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary architect of organizational transition, ensuring that our people, processes, and technology are perfectly aligned ahead of major platform shifts. You aren't just following a checklist; you are applying change management as a rigorous discipline to mitigate risk and accelerate adoption.

In a fast-paced environment, you will navigate complex business processes and technology changes with ease, serving as a strategic bridge between technical implementation and operational reality. You will leverage exceptional influence to engage with senior stakeholders, aligning diverse interests toward a common vision. If you are a high-energy change agent who thrives in high-stakes environments and possesses the technical and emotional intelligence to lead people through transition, we want you to drive our readiness strategy.
 
Responsibilities:
Business Readiness
1. As part of a transformation program spanning two organizations, work with stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition from one technology platform to another, and one business unit to another.
2. This requires building a depth of understanding to ensure the business functions are ready to operate with new processes, new technology, and new resources.

Change Management

1. Work with both organizations to develop and coordinate a change management strategy and implementation plan.
2. Collaborate with both organizations to deploy the plan.

Program Management
1. Organize meetings, provide follow ups, and proactively drive work.
2. Work with multiple stakeholder groups to drive consensus decisions and ensure outcomes are being met.
3. Support communication across business and technology partners by sharing updates and tracking open items.
4. Help prepare status updates and other documentation for program reviews and working sessions.
