Website Project Manager

We are seeking a Website Project Manager on behalf of our fast-growing tech client in the real estate industry. Their software platform powers real estate brokerages, offering cornerstone products for website systems, listing management, AI, and seamless integrations with real estate marketplace websites.

Responsibilities:

• The Website Project Manager needs to execute tasks, lead detailed processes, coordinate team members, and find innovative ways to work efficiently while delivering industry-leading websites. You must be able to interface with clients, run meetings, articulate the steps and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, and be an excellent written communicator.
• Guide clients through the real estate website planning, design, build, and rollout process, leveraging team members throughout.
• Onboard clients during the planning stage and create a site plan for designers and developers.
• Coordinate tasks for internal teams, including technical leads, designers, developers, SEOs, and product specialists.
• Keep clients up to date on project status via email, phone, text, and online meetings using the company phone system and tools.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings.
• Regularly inform internal resources of tasks or project status.
• Manage your website projects through the company project management software.

Requirements:

• Project coordination, account management, web production, or adjacent experience in a marketing agency or technology company.
• Firm understanding of technical project management, general website technologies, and the basics of quality for digital assets such as photos, illustrations, and videos.
• Organized workflow to manage multiple projects concurrently within set deadlines.
• Can point to specific ways you've grown professionally in the last 12 months (AI, courses, certifications, side projects, bigger responsibilities).
