Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Website Project Manager who will play a central role in the redesign and rebuild of their website, serving as the connective thread between IT, Digital Marketing, Product Development, Creative/Communications and Global teams. This role oversees the planning, organization, and execution of multiphase website content development-ensuring that new and migrated pages are prioritized, fully content ready, and delivered on schedule phase website content development. This role will manage four major batches of website content (each with roughly 50-100 pages), coordinate with digital team (USA) & global members responsible for page builds, and maintain visibility across deadlines, dependencies, stakeholder needs, and helping to build out pages. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, brings structure to complex workflows, and ensures seamless communication between content creators, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

100% onsite, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Website Execution & CMS Management: Hands-on page building and publishing using approved templates, components, and UX/SEO/accessibility standards. Support existing site updates and manage third-party tools (Salesforce, Roomvo).
  • Content Operations & Project Management: Lead the rollout of four major content batches (50-100 pages each). Track timelines, asset readiness, and dependencies in Smartsheet.
  • Team Guidance: Support and assign tasks to 2-3 US and global marketing team members building pages. Serve as the primary escalation point for project blockers.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner with IT, Creative, Product, and 17 global culture-site marketing managers to source assets, clarify requirements, and maintain brand alignment.
  • Quality Assurance & Governance: Conduct UAT, review pages for accuracy prior to launch, and help establish standard intake processes and post-launch maintenance workflows.
  • Reporting: Lead weekly cross-functional status meetings and provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in website project management, digital content operations, or large-scale content migrations.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on CMS page building, Excel (for asset tracking), and project management software (Smartsheet preferred). Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional communication, adaptability under pressure, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Comfort guiding junior team members through complex workflows.
