Join the nation's largest specialty beauty retailer to power the visual engines behind iconic, trend-setting campaigns. You will streamline end-to-end digital asset workflows for studio photography, collaborating with top-tier creative teams to ensure seamless asset delivery across major digital platforms. This is your opportunity to optimize brand collateral for a beloved beauty powerhouse while mastering enterprise-level digital asset management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ingest and catalog photo and video assets to ensure seamless access across creative and production teams.
- Apply precise metadata, keywords, and file-naming conventions to maximize library searchability and organization.
- Deliver optimized assets and quality assurance checks to retouching teams, external agencies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage digital asset libraries across enterprise platforms like Frontify and Frame.io to maintain overall system integrity.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital asset management experience in a high-volume studio environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Bridge) and DAM tools like Capture One, Frontify, or Frame.io.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating systematic file management, metadata tagging, and batch editing capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, paired with exceptional attention to detail.
