Step into an exciting, collaborative role as a Digital Production Specialist, working with a dynamic team to bring high-impact digital solutions to life. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), building key marketing assets and driving segment-targeted campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain templated banners, landing pages, and digital messaging within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Activate targeted advertising and segment specific audiences using Adobe Target.
- Manage and triage production workflows within Workfront to ensure projects stay on schedule and align with brand standards.
- Partner closely with Client Services, Design, and internal marketing teams to translate project requirements into effective digital experiences.
- Act as a SME for AEM and digital tools, offering technical troubleshooting for content display and functionality.
- Optimize web content for SEO, user experience, and revenue-tracking functionality to support overall omnichannel strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content management preferred.
- Core Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable CMS tool.
- Experience with Adobe Target and project management software like Workfront is highly valued.
- Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Compliance & Adaptability: Exposure to compliance-heavy environments is preferred (training provided), along with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving systems and processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
