Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site 5 days/week)

Compensation Range: $25.00 / hour (max)
Cella is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join a premier media and production team for a top telecommunications/entertainment client in Philadelphia. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful programs, while supporting diverse projects across the full content production lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Fact-check scripts, editorial content, segment topics, and potential guest backgrounds.
- Conduct photo archival and B-roll research using media platforms.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of completed video segments prior to publication.
- Review caption files, titles, and metadata for grammatical accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Support scriptwriting, editorial development, and general post-production processes.
- Provide end-to-end production support across various digital content initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Communication, Broadcast Journalism, Media, or a related field).
- Experience-level: Entry-level (recent college graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience welcome; media/production internship experience is a major plus).
- Core Skills: Exceptional writing, proofreading, and grammar skills, with proven fact-checking and research experience.
- Technical & Work Style: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail for video QC, and the ability to handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Interests: A strong passion for journalism, video production, or digital content.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with video editing, AP Style, licensing platforms (e.g., Getty Images, Shutterstock), or basic post-production workflows.
