Graphic Designer and Production Artist

Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour

Are you ready to serve as a vital creative partner driving execution for a leading non-profit? This dynamic role positions you to directly support high-visibility marketing initiatives by translating core brand strategy into flawless print and digital collateral. By managing high-volume production requests, you will protect high-priority campaign work while serving as a strategic catalyst for expanding internal creative capabilities.
 
Responsibilities:

• Format and customize marketing collateral by precisely integrating copy into design templates to ensure multi-channel brand consistency.
• Execute critical brand compliance updates across print assets by incorporating required trademarks to safeguard corporate intellectual property.
• Perform agile layout edits and formatting modifications across print and digital displays to meet high-volume production deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior design leaders to refine basic visual deliverables, driving operational efficiency across high-priority campaign workflows. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Production Artist or Junior Designer in a high-volume design environment. Corporate/non-profit design style preferred.
• Specialized expertise in print layout formatting, digital display preparation, and precise templated design execution.
• Proven track record of delivering rapid turnaround times on production assets while upholding strict visual standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, combined with exceptional detail orientation and strong collaborative skills.
