Are you ready to drive digital transformation for industry-leading healthcare brands within a premier, high-visibility creative team? As a Digital Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic consultative partner across creative and technology cross-functional teams, executing best-in-class digital experiences that directly elevate brand presence and patient engagement. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end campaign execution and establish yourself as an indispensable digital strategist.
Hybrid schedule must be local to Mettawa IL, in office Tuesday, Weds, and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Architect digital campaign execution strategies across web, email, and interactive platforms to drive cohesive, high-impact brand engagements.
- Direct multi-disciplinary project teams through end-to-end production lifecycles to consistently deliver complex digital assets on time and within budget.
- Lead consultative account management efforts across internal and external stakeholders to align digital initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Analyze and document complex project requirements to optimize workflow efficiency, creative standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of advertising agency account management experience driving digital project lifecycles.
- Specialized expertise managing digital tactics including websites, portals, email, and interactive media.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional team collaborations, scope estimations, and high-volume creative deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree with exceptional strategic communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented workflow skills.
