Presentation Designer (Contract, Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour W2

Are you ready to shape high-stakes business transformations by bridging executive storytelling with intuitive user experience? This dynamic opportunity allows you to act as a consultative partner, translating complex systems initiatives into compelling digital assets for executive leadership. Partner with cross-functional project leads to drive strategic alignment and elevate user workflows across high-visibility enterprise programs.

Responsibilities:

• Architect executive-level presentation decks and visual assets to drive strategic consensus among senior leadership.
• Translate complex, data-heavy systems and transformation concepts into high-impact infographics and clear narrative frameworks.
• Optimize user experience by developing intuitive wireframes and workflow prototypes that refine digital product interfaces.
• Partner with cross-functional leads and change management teams to deliver accessible, brand-compliant communications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in executive presentation design, visual storytelling, and user interface optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, data visualization principles, and wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Visio.
• Proven track record of supporting high-stakes C-suite briefings and driving cross-functional process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree with strong expertise in information design, accessibility standards (Section 508), and digital asset management.
