Rebrand Marketing Project Coordinator (Remote)

Remote | Job #1361970

Location: Remote (U.S.-based; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour

A leading, multi-billion-dollar financial services and insurance enterprise is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Rebrand Coordinator to support a major strategic corporate rebranding initiative. This multi-phase project involves unifying brand architecture and aligning multiple business units under a cohesive parent brand structure.

Serving as a crucial tactical engine for the team, you will manage day-to-day project tasks across two primary rebrand workstreams. The ideal candidate blends an understanding of marketing and brand governance with exceptional "in-the-weeds" project tracking skills. If you thrive on managing granular details, project timelines, and digital assets within a complex, fast-moving enterprise, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Workstream & PM Support: Partner closely with the Rebrand Project Manager to track, manage, and execute task lists across two workstreams. Monitor cross-functional dependencies, update project plans, and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Asset Management & Governance: Oversee the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure new logos, brand templates, and digital assets are organized, up-to-date, and launch-ready.
  • Brand Compliance Audits: Audit internal and external channels to ensure consistent application of the new visual identity and messaging frameworks.
  • Workflow Optimization: Utilize Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to manage project timelines, maintain risk/decision logs, and document processes to streamline onboarding and execution.
  • Meeting & Enablement Support: Facilitate and document project meetings (taking detailed notes and driving action items), and assist in developing internal brand training materials and launch playbooks.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Sector Experience: Direct project management or coordination experience within Insurance, Wholesale Brokerage, Financial Services, or Banking. Experience navigating highly regulated, corporate matrix environments is required.
  • Project Coordination: 4+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, or integrated marketing coordination with a proven track record of managing details beyond an entry level.
  • Rebrand / Rollout Experience: Hands-on experience participating in a corporate rebrand, large-scale marketing implementation, or major business integration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill with project tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Confluence).
  • Soft Skills & Mindset: Proactive, highly collaborative, and solution-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and strong personal accountability.
