Job Title: Senior Technical Instructional Designer - SAP and Enterprise ERP

Are you an expert instructional designer ready to lead high-visibility technical learning initiatives across complex ERP transformations? Partner with a global leader in medical technology to drive user adoption and operational excellence across dual, enterprise-wide SAP deployments. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders and full-time instructional designers to author scalable web-based and instructor-led training solutions.
 
Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and full-time instructional designers to architect and publish interactive e-learning modules and system simulations using Articulate Storyline and SAP Enable Now.
• Design, update, and manage end-to-end technical learning assets-including course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and video demonstrations-for complex SAP deployment phases.
• Deploy, maintain, and track digital learning programs across enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint hubs to ensure seamless organization-wide access.
• Lead training logistics and support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) frameworks across multiple simultaneous ERP rollouts to empower power users and ensure on-time execution. 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of dedicated instructional design experience developing technical training content specifically for large-scale SAP/ERP implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now, and enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Demonstrated track record of building both web-based training (WBT) and instructor-led training (ILT) programs, supported by portfolio work samples required upon submission.
• Bachelor's degree in Training, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field, combined with exceptional time management, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
