Senior Instructional Designer - Technical Training (SAP / ERP)

Are you a skilled Instructional Designer ready to drive large-scale enterprise transformations by designing impactful technical learning solutions? Partner with a global leader in medical technology to support high-visibility SAP deployments across the organization. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional experts and full-time instructional designers to build high-quality, scalable web-based and instructor-led training programs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with Subject Matter Experts and instructional design teams to author and refine technical training content for enterprise SAP rollouts.
• Develop engaging interactive e-learning modules, video demonstrations, and step-by-step simulations using Articulate Storyline and SAP Enable Now.
• Deploy and maintain course assets across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SharePoint environments to ensure seamless organizational access.
• Coordinate time-sensitive learning deliverables and train-the-trainer assets across multiple simultaneous ERP deployments to ensure high-quality execution. 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of dedicated Instructional Design experience developing technical content for enterprise SAP/ERP deployments.
• 4+ years of hands-on expertise with Articulate 360/Storyline, SAP Enable Now, and enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Proven track record of developing both instructor-led (ILT) and web-based training (WBT) programs for large-scale system implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Business, Training, or a related field, paired with exceptional communication and time management skills.
