Compensation Range: $60 - 70 per hour
Are you ready to drive operational excellence for a world-renowned entertainment and media enterprise? This high-visibility role acts as a consultative partner across technical and operational domains, translating complex system architectures into high-impact learning solutions. You will bridge technical documentation and instructional strategy to elevate performance, optimize cross-functional workflows, and support continuous innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end technical documentation and data-flow diagrams to streamline complex operational processes across enterprise teams.
- Design multi-format, role-based learning assets utilizing Articulate to accelerate workforce performance and adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional Product and Engineering SMEs to capture, validate, and maintain critical system knowledge across agile sprints.
- Lead instructional design initiatives from initial concept through evaluation to deliver scalable, business-critical training strategies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive background in technical writing and instructional design within enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency with the Articulate suite for building interactive, high-impact learning modules.
- Proven track record of developing operational and contact center training materials alongside engineering and product teams.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills with a degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
