This role requires a production-focused designer who excels at high-volume asset updates, brand consistency, and precise document editing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business units during standard business hours to clarify requirements, manage file handoffs, and ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Brand & Nomenclature Audits: Scan and update text, imagery, and visual nomenclature across white papers, technical documentation, quality docs, and internal/marketing collateral across multiple business units.
- Editorial Calendar & Blog Management: Take ownership of the blog post queue and editorial calendar to relieve content backlog, creating engaging short- and long-form copy.
- Content Strategy & Development: Execute ongoing content initiatives and draft strategic messaging to keep marketing channels active during a team leave of absence.
- Agentic Commerce FAQ Support: Write, organize, and integrate new FAQ content onto web properties to directly support the company's agentic commerce initiative.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Attend check-in meetings during standard EST business hours to align on priorities, review copy feedback, and manage asset delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in editorial writing, copywriting, content marketing, or content strategy.
- Document & Content Editing: Exceptional proofreading skills with strict attention to brand nomenclature, visual details, and technical accuracy across high-volume assets.
- Availability: Located in the US East Coast time zone (or available during standard EST business hours) for real-time collaboration.
- Software: Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud / Acrobat Pro for document review and light edits.
- Nice-to-Have: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, specifically Drupal.
