Are you ready to drive production excellence and optimize high-impact physical deliverables for a top-tier brand? This strategic opportunity positions you as a critical consultative partner, leading end-to-end print execution, Direct Mail programming, and vendor negotiations. You will collaborate directly with executive creative leaders to turn complex visual concepts into seamless, cost-effective realities across nationwide campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, studio teams, and external vendors to lead end-to-end print production from initial concept through final delivery.
- Engineer complex project specifications, technical file constructions, and Direct Mail template programs to optimize personalization and quality assurance.
- Negotiate vendor costs and oversee budget management, executing competitive bid analysis and cost-saving measures across external supplier pools.
- Establish and track comprehensive production timelines to ensure cross-functional milestones, postal compliance, and key delivery schedules are met flawlessly.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of progressive print production experience within an agency or internal design team environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), production specification development, and variable data Direct Mail practices.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets, directing vendor negotiations, and executing competitive bid analyses to drive measurable cost efficiencies.
- Proficiency with creative workflow tools (Workfront, Basecamp) and enterprise procurement platforms (PeopleSoft, Ariba) alongside strong QA standards.
