CMS Specialist

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania

Compensation Range: $35 - 38 per hour

Are you ready to transform static content into a dynamic sales-enablement engine for an industry leader? As a Senior Content Operations Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional marketing teams, streamlining content architecture and optimizing platform performance. This dynamic role empowers you to go beyond system administration to drive data-informed continuous improvement and elevate business impact.

Hybrid schedule- Onsite in Malvern, PA 3x a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
 
Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with cross-functional marketing teams to streamline platform workflows and deliver high-impact, consultative content solutions.
• Manage and govern end-to-end platform architecture, ensuring content accuracy, precise metadata tagging, and seamless distribution across channels.
• Modernize static presentations into dynamic, data-connected assets to elevate user engagement and drive business outcomes.
• Analyze platform analytics and usage dashboards to proactively identify operational optimizations and improve content performance. 

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing enterprise content operations, sales enablement platforms, and project workflows.
• Deep functional expertise in Seismic or comparable enterprise content management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad).
• Proven track record of leveraging platform analytics and data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in data integrations, dynamic document creation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
