You will lead the visual evolution for a portfolio of household names in the premium home décor and lighting industry. This is a dynamic, high-visibility opportunity that allows you to drive impactful product development while enjoying a strong, collaborative studio environment and excellent work-life balance. You will have the exciting chance to travel internationally to oversee manufacturing, bringing your innovative modern aesthetics to life for a rapidly growing, industry-leading brand.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the high-volume design, creation, and development of new products across modern home décor and hardgoods categories.
- Translate innovative concepts into production-ready 3D models using industry-standard software like Rhino and KeyShot.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity and prompt product launches.
- Travel internationally to manufacturing partners to review product samples, source materials, and oversee the creative development process.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mid-to-senior level industrial or product design experience, specifically within home décor, hardgoods, or modern furniture.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software (specifically Rhino and KeyShot) with an emphasis on high-polish presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality, finalized designs in a high-volume production environment.
- A meticulously curated portfolio showcasing clean graphic design, refined 3D renderings, and a modern aesthetic sensibility.
- Bonus Points: Experience in lighting design and a willingness to learn SolidWorks are strong pluses!
