As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design evolution for premier furniture and lighting collections, translating high-level concepts into market-defining products. Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end visual evolution and development of innovative furniture, lighting, and home décor collections to elevate brand positioning across global luxury markets.
- Drive concept generation through collaborative brainstorming sessions and multi-source research to establish compelling product narratives aligned with core brand attributes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering partners and international manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, structural integrity, and flawless execution.
- Present strategic design proposals and technical reviews to executive leadership and key stakeholders to gain alignment across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional industrial design experience specializing in furniture, luxury home décor, or specialized lighting design.
- Advanced proficiency in standard 3D design and rendering software, specifically SolidWorks, KeyShot, and AutoCAD.
- Deep foundational expertise in raw materials, structural mechanics, and advanced manufacturing processes, including metalworking and casting.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BFA) in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, paired with exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
