Sales and Marketing Manager

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 100,000 per year

You will lead the strategic marketing and sales growth for a premier healthcare agency and its largest clinical partner. In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will build critical relationships with referring physicians while guiding and mentoring a dedicated outreach team. This is a unique chance to leverage your healthcare expertise to drive measurable expansion, optimize team performance, and shape the long-term marketing strategy of an industry-leading medical organization.
 
Responsibilities:

• Direct an outreach team of marketing representatives through collaborative mentorship, performance evaluations, and regular field ride-alongs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies, campaign budgets, and physician referral growth initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Analyze proprietary CRM data and marketing campaign performance to optimize outreach effectiveness and identify new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor between agency leadership and the healthcare client to ensure exceptional service delivery and alignment.

Qualifications:

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, physician outreach, or healthcare account management.
• Proven leadership experience successfully managing, mentoring, and scaling sales or marketing outreach teams.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret CRM data, referral analytics, and marketing metrics to drive strategic business decisions.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally on a regular basis for physician outreach and client meetings.
• Must have to be considered: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration, plus hands-on experience utilizing custom or proprietary CRM platforms.
