Location: Mettawa, IL, hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Type: 1 year contract with potential for extension
Compensation Range: $40-$45/hr W2
Our client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Manager to work closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update project timelines from initiation to completion across internal departments.
- Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency.
- Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track time on a daily basis.
- Reports to their assigned Ad Agency account manager.
- Partners with creative team on project initiatives.
- Adherence to all company-wide financial policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required.
- 5-10 years of ad agency experience required (minimum) within the last 3-5 years, project management experience a plus.
- 1-5 years of pharmaceutical experience within agency.
- Excellent communications Skills: verbal, presentation, written.
- High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
- Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
