Merchandise and Brand Illustrator (Remote)

Are you ready to scale your illustration talent to reach hundreds of thousands of team members across a global retail footprint? An Enterprise Retail Leader is seeking a Senior Merchandise & Brand Illustrator to lead the high-volume design of custom merchandise, vector illustrations, and brand assets. In this consultative role, you will transform enterprise storytelling into high-impact, tangible touchpoints from custom pins and patches to scalable digital assets.
 
Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute high-volume vector illustrations, custom pins, patches, and logos to elevate internal employer brand recognition across diverse business units.
• Develop and scale comprehensive iconography systems, custom spot illustrations, and branded merchandise concepts that align with enterprise-level visual standards.
• Collaborate as a consultative partner with cross-functional strategy teams to translate complex brand narratives into engaging, production-ready physical and digital assets.
• Optimize design workflows by engineering precision print-ready files and digital graphics to ensure seamless multi-channel deployment and rapid project execution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of specialized graphic design and illustration experience focused on vector artwork, iconography, and physical product design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a strong mastery of spot illustration, die-line/merchandise execution, color theory, and vector asset creation.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume asset creation, large-scale design deliverables, and adapting visual styles to fit distinct business audiences.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing vector design systems, custom pin/patch/badge concepts, logos, and print-ready production files.
