Compensation Range: $45 - 49 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the development, publishing, and maintenance of interactive digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves building and publishing Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) and web components, translating creative designs from Figma and Adobe XD into functional digital experiences, and ensuring content meets technical and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HTML/CSS, the ability to inspect and troubleshoot component display issues, and the technical judgment to identify when complex issues require escalation to backend engineering teams. The role also includes preparing and uploading final, compliant promotional materials to Veeva PromoMats.

This position is well suited for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail, creative implementation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant digital content.

Responsibilities:

• Building and publishing Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) and web components inside AEM.
• Pulling creative assets out of Figma or Adobe XD for implementation.
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and editing HTML/CSS when components fail to display propel
• Submitting technical tickets to the backend engineering team for complex code issues.
• Uploading final, compliant promotional materials to Veeva PromoMats. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.
• 3 years exp with Veeva CRM experience creating, building, and executing IVAs.
• 3 Experience developing Veeva CLM.
• 3 Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
• Skilled at editing and proofreading: Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
