This high-visibility role invites a strategic operator to bridge corporate vision with venue execution, driving cross-functional alignment and building scalable revenue playbooks without direct-selling quotas. Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive commercial strategies, pricing models, and audience segmentation frameworks to drive high-value group and event revenue across location-based entertainment venues.
- Develop robust sales enablement toolkits, customizable pitch assets, and operational playbooks to empower local venue sales teams and accelerate deal cycles.
- Align cross-functional corporate stakeholders across Finance, Data Science, and Operations with on-site venue leaders to optimize distribution workflows, ticketing systems, and revenue routing.
- Establish strategic operational framework and governance for third-party ticket distribution channels to expand market reach and streamline consumer onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations, or sales enablement within attractions, hospitality, live entertainment, or sports environments.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), with a strong literacy in pipeline management, ticketing architecture, and process mapping.
- Proven track record of authoring persuasive executive memos, cross-functional business cases, and strategic documentation that influence executive decisions without formal authority.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience paired with exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
