Product Marketing and Project Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $60 - 66 per hour

Are you ready to drive the commercialization and cross-functional execution of industry-defining retail media platforms? In this dynamic dual-function role, you will partner directly with product, sales, and marketing leaders to translate complex ad capabilities into high-impact GTM strategies. You will act as a consultative partner within a Global Retail Media Leader, delivering actionable market insights and managing end-to-end program delivery
 
Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute end-to-end GTM strategies to accelerate ad platform adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Develop narrative-rich sales enablement assets and value propositions to position product capabilities effectively in the market.
• Lead cross-functional program delivery and roadmaps to ensure seamless coordination across product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Analyze market research data and customer insights to conduct recurring business reviews and guide strategic quarterly planning.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution, or program management within complex digital ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in content building, sales enablement, and end-to-end product commercialization strategies.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional workflows, maintaining program roadmaps, and delivering executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
