Production Financial Coordinator

Are you ready to optimize the financial backbone of an elite, high-visibility content studio? Positioned as a consultative partner within a world-class in-house creative agency, this strategic role manages end-to-end production actualization and reporting across dynamic live-action, photography, and post-production initiatives. You will serve as the financial anchor, driving operational excellence while collaborating with top-tier creative and vendor partners.
 
Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end financial workflows across purchase orders, invoicing, and actualization to maximize operational efficiency and maintain compliance across all active productions.
• Deliver detailed monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and drive budget precision.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between line producers, post producers, and external vendors to streamline financial processes and proactively resolve budget variances.
• Manage freelance payroll processing and insurance compliance protocols to ensure seamless operational continuity across complex production timelines. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of progressive production finance or accounting experience within a top-tier creative agency or enterprise in-house media studio.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and modern production actualization platforms to analyze transactional data.
• Industry Impact: Proven track record of managing end-to-end billing cycles, wrap audits, and complex production actualization reporting.
• Skills & Alignment: Strong consultative communication abilities, high analytical precision, and a collaborative mindset suited for a high-visibility studio environment.
