Associate Director, Store Design

Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour

Are you ready to shape the physical evolution of an iconic global beauty powerhouse? As a consultative design leader, you will elevate high-visibility retail environments across global markets through strategic spatial planning, premium material sourcing, and end-to-end fixture execution. Partner with cross-functional visionaries to bridge architectural innovation with cohesive customer brand experiences.
 
Responsibilities:

• Drive comprehensive spatial and environmental design strategies across global retail channels to elevate customer engagement and safeguard brand identity.
• Develop schematic layouts, high-fidelity 3D renderings, and precise CAD drawing sets to convey design intent and streamline project execution.
• Manage cross-functional alignments with Visual Merchandising, Events, and regional partners to ensure seamless architectural and aesthetic cohesion.
• Execute architectural drawing reviews, millwork shop drawing redlines, and material research to ensure flawless delivery within dynamic project timelines. 

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional design experience, with a specialized focus on retail or commercial environments.
• Advanced technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop, with exposure to 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, or 3DS Max).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end design deliverables, material specification, and millwork shop drawing reviews.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related creative discipline.
