Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group consultations via Zoom to deliver expert guidance, training, and support for Learning Management System (LMS) integrations.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Client's digital products (Connect, SIMnet, ALEKS) alongside foundational knowledge of learning science and instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention efforts and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage integration processes for both new and returning customers, ensuring optimal outcomes and a seamless user experience.
- Provide prompt follow-up to meetings and address customer inquiries related to integrating Client's digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through research and collaboration across team members.
- Participate actively in team meetings, strategy discussions, and professional development activities.
- Assist with specialized projects and activities across teams when needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Client's products and services by sharing valuable customer feedback to inform updates and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with MH courseware solutions include but not limited to Connect, ALEKS, SIMnet.
- Previous experience with major Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Moodle).
- 1-2 years' experience in customer success or similar role related to software implementation (Higher education experience preferred but not required).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; focused on effectively training and supporting customers with varying levels of technical acumen.
- Ability to excel in a remote setting. This is primarily a work-from-home position.
- Positive attitude, purpose-driven spirit, and growth mindset for embracing challenges.
- Instructional design, teaching, and/or coaching experience is beneficial, but not required.
