We are seeking a Digital Content (Writing) Consultant to serve as a key voice in shaping our client experience vision. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging digital content that translates complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly narratives. You aren't just writing copy; you are architecting the language that guides, informs, and empowers our clients throughout their digital journey.
As a strategic communicator, you will ensure that every piece of content aligns with our brand standards while prioritizing a seamless and meaningful user experience. If you are a versatile writer who excels at balancing creative storytelling with the precision required for digital platforms, we want you to help us elevate our client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Adopt a client-centric approach to writing by focusing on tone and manner, while also leveraging personalized video as a communication channel to enhance engagement.
- Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Support the creation of external communications strategies to increase operational effectiveness and improve client experience.
- This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for all audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulated industry, retirement experience preferred.
