Compensation Range: $27 - 29 per hour
Are you a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a structured, brand-compliant environment? We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Production Designer to support a high-volume surge of benefits marketing materials during our busiest season.
This is a production-only role with no creative concepting or direct client interaction. You will focus entirely on high-quality execution using established templates and creative libraries.
Duration: August - December
Responsibilities:
- Layout & Typography: Apply precise layout adjustments and typographic edits to existing materials.
- Brand Alignment: Implement color changes and formatting strictly in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Template Execution: Work efficiently within pre-approved templates for brochures, manuals, and informational documents.
- File Management: Maintain strict organization, version control, and accurate naming conventions for all working and final files uploaded to the designated database.
- Pure Production: All work is based on existing, templated assets. No conceptual design required.
- Behind the Scenes: Internal team collaboration only; no direct client contact.
- Work Volume: Requires the ability to handle high-volume, detail-driven tasks efficiently between September and December.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in publication or print production. (Recent graduates from strong graphic design/production programs are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Equipment: Must have access to and work on a personal MacBook.
- Flexibility: Availability for occasional weekend work may be required during peak volume weeks.
