Our client is a company with ambitious plans and enormous scale of opportunity, focused on delivering the best possible customer experience. We are seeking a collaborative, curious, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our client's team. This role offers the chance to quickly grow and contribute to significant strategic transitions alongside a highly cross-functional, global team. The ideal candidate will be a key thought-partner, unifying business goals, product goals, and consumer positioning, while acting as the essential connector between product and marketing to bring high-priority initiatives to market.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Define product positioning, value props and naming for key launches by articulating customer value, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring alignment with brand differentiators.
  • Partner with the Product and Insights teams to synthesize customer needs and contribute to the long-term strategic vision for experience and content innovations.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new features, including audience targeting, channel planning, and messaging development.
  • Coordinate with marketing partners to set clear objectives and drive execution across the organization.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by navigating complex stakeholder environments and communicating strategic ideas clearly and compellingly to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between Product and Marketing to ensure a unified and consistent customer experience across all touch-points.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
  • Preferred B2C and/or entertainment industry Product Marketing experience.
  • Passion for entertainment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience and success in managing cross-functional teams to bring products and features to market.
  • Experience in developing consumer messaging, value propositions, positioning and naming - specifically focused on global product launches.
  • High tolerance for change, and comfortable meaningfully contributing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • High-level understanding of product development and product strategy.
