Compensation Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour W2
Are you ready to lend your creative talents to a high-profile visual evolution for a global manufacturing leader? In this flexible, high-visibility role, you will act as a consultative design partner to support a critical phased rebranding initiative across diverse channels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume, production-oriented design deliverables to ensure seamless cross-channel visual consistency during a major phased rebranding initiative.
- Partner with Creative Leads to transform strategic creative briefs into market-ready brand assets.
- Adhere to rigorous brand standards across multiple visual identities to protect brand equity across corporate touchpoints.
- Adapt flexibly to fluctuating weekly project demands to drive key marketing deliverables in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional design experience centered on production work, asset execution, or brand communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with experience navigating multiple brand systems simultaneously.
- Proven track record of executing production assets independently while accepting strategic direction on complex assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, plus proximity to the Toledo/Detroit/Cleveland region for occasional collaboration.
