Are you ready to shape the employee experience for a global technology powerhouse and drive impactful behavior change across an enterprise workforce? As a Senior Enterprise Learning Communications Manager, you will serve as a consultative partner executing multi-channel engagement strategies that translate complex regulatory and risk concepts into high-impact narratives. You will bridge creative storytelling and strategic execution to elevate brand alignment and foster an informed, compliant organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Architect multi-channel internal engagement strategies to translate complex regulatory frameworks into accessible, audience-ready employee communications.
- Drive end-to-end execution of global campaign materials to optimize employee awareness and reinforce core organizational compliance standards.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with legal and risk subject matter experts to deliver unified, high-visibility learning experiences.
- Leverage data-driven insights from learning analytics to refine content strategies and enhance long-term workforce engagement.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise internal communications and learning engagement campaigns within complex corporate environments.
- Expert-level mastery in multi-channel content strategy, strategic copywriting, and adapting brand voice across diverse digital touchpoints.
- Proven track record of influencing employee behavior at scale through creative storytelling, event activations, and interactive learning modalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
