We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and cross-functional business partners. This role will focus on understanding business objectives, translating strategic needs into actionable creative direction, and partnering closely with project management to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. This individual should be comfortable leading integrated campaign development, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving collaboration across creative, business, and operational teams.

This role requires experience managing high project volume, navigating complex workflows, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution. The Account Manager should be confident evaluating creative briefs, aligning campaign objectives with KPIs, and communicating strategy clearly to internal teams and external partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of business objectives, products, priorities, and challenges.
  • Drive accountability to marketing and business goals through integrated campaign solutions that generate measurable results.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign development and production while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, timing, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative concepts and executions remain aligned to campaign objectives, KPIs, and strategic direction.
  • Partner with project management to oversee workflows, timelines, prioritization, and milestone tracking.
  • Develop creative briefs and ensure all work aligns to strategic goals.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign development across paid, owned, and digital channels, including video, social, digital, site, and signage.
  • Oversee production budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with external agency partners when applicable.
  • Effectively manage upward communication and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and support junior account management team members while helping drive workflow and team success.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate creative output and improve efficiencies across projects and processes.
  • Confidently present recommendations, points of view, and campaign strategies to stakeholders and internal teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, agency services, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience working in retail, consumer products, or other high-volume industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of advertising methods, campaign development, and integrated marketing execution.
  • Experience managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Additional Experience Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience supporting product launches or product development initiatives.
  • Background in Apparel, Beauty, Home, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or related industries.
