Are you a highly organized marketing professional ready to elevate your career by partnering with a globally recognized apparel and footwear leader? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to serve as a consultative link between product teams and creative studios, driving seamless project execution. In this high-visibility role, you will champion the operational workflow that brings major brand stories to life.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end communication between cross-functional partners, including specialized product, merchandising, and Global Brand Writing teams, to ensure complete alignment on campaign objectives.
- Manage sample logistics and shipping workflows for dedicated production studios to guarantee timely, accurate creative execution and asset generation.
- Facilitate source copywriting processes across collaborative teams to maintain brand integrity and drive high-impact messaging across omnichannel touchpoints.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Keynote to build comprehensive project trackers and visual presentations, providing stakeholders with clear, data-driven progress updates.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of minimum required experience handling project coordination or operations within a fast-growing, dynamic marketing ecosystem.
- Advanced technical proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel for strategic data management and Keynote for building high-end stakeholder presentations.
- Proven track record of managing complex workflows and building strong, collaborative relationships with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented execution coupled with hyper-responsive communication skills and a strong foundational understanding of how products successfully go to market.
