Schedule: Contract (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite per week)
Compensation Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Are you ready to lead the user-centered evolution for a Global Technology Leader's flagship collaboration ecosystem? As a consultative partner, you will integrate deep insights regarding human behavior and attitudes to shape next-generation, AI-driven digital workflows. This strategic opportunity empowers you to bridge the gap between complex user needs and sophisticated product execution.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research strategies to deliver actionable insights that directly influence the long-term product roadmap.
- Analyze human behavioral data and ongoing UX health studies to ensure design-built experiences achieve optimal market readiness.
- Translate complex methodologies and data-driven insights into compelling recommendations for cross-functional leadership and product engineering teams. - Cultivate dynamic, cross-disciplinary partnerships with design, engineering, and marketing teams to scale customer-focused knowledge broadly across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated user experience research experience within the technology sector, driving both product direction and detailed experience design.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency utilizing enterprise research platforms such as UserTesting, DScout, Qualtrics, and Marvin for qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Business Impact: Proven track record of spearheading complex research projects independently while navigating ambiguity to deliver high-visibility results.
- Education & Presentation: Bachelor's degree in marketing (or equivalent training) paired with a high-quality portfolio demonstrating strategic research rationale and cross-functional impact.
